Return & Exchange Policy

Important Note: Product images are based on photographs of the actual product and may be AI-enhanced for presentation purposes. Product descriptions may also be AI-assisted. The actual product may vary slightly in appearance, colour, or packaging while remaining the same item as ordered.

Returns

We currently do not accept returns on any products.

Exchanges

A complete parcel opening video is mandatory for every exchange request. The video must clearly show the unopened package, the complete unboxing process, and the product received.

Exchanges are applicable only for products damaged during shipping. To request an exchange, please email us at id and password salesiskcongifts@iskconpune.in within 24 hours of the delivery date.

Exchanges will be accepted if:

1. The item is damaged, leaking, tampered with, or has a broken seal.
2. The item received is incorrect or different from what was ordered.
3. The product is expired or past its use-by date.
4. Once your exchange request is received, it will be reviewed as early as possible.

Exchanges will not be accepted if:

1. The product has been used, altered, or is missing its original contents.
2. The original packaging (box, carton, labels, etc.) is missing.
3. The exchange request is made more than 24 hours after the date of delivery.
