Delivery & Acceptance

• Once a product has been dispatched, delivered, and accepted by the customer, ISKCON GIFTS shall have no further liability regarding the delivery.

Damaged Goods

• To claim a replacement for products damaged during transit, customers must submit a complete parcel opening video within 24 hours of delivery.

Unboxing Video Guidelines

• A continuous parcel opening video is mandatory for all exchange or replacement requests.
• The video must clearly show the unopened package, the entire opening process, and the product received.

Service Availability

• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product, service, or facility at any time without prior notice.

4. Product Accuracy & Acceptable Use

Handmade Variations

• Many of our products are handcrafted. Minor variations in colour, finish, texture, or size are natural characteristics of handmade products and shall not be considered defects.
